Jim Hale

Jim Hale has extensive experience in IT infrastructure, currently serving as SVP of IT Infrastructure at Proctor Financial, Inc since January 2019. Previously held the position of Head of IT Infrastructure at Brown & Brown Insurance from January 2018 to January 2019. Jim has held various roles at Proctor Financial from September 2009 to December 2017, including SVP and VP of IT Infrastructure. Prior experience includes serving as IT Operations Director at ACN from December 1997 to 2009, IT Consultant at NSI in 1997, LAN/WAN Manager at City Waste Management in 1997, WAN Engineer at EDS from 1988 to 1997, and Intelligence Specialist in the NAVY from 1986 to 1988.
