Betty Jones

Betty Jones has extensive experience in information systems and Salesforce development. Betty worked as the Director of Information Systems and a Salesforce Developer at Proctor Gallagher Institute since 2015. Prior to that, Betty was a Salesforce Consultant, Administrator, and Developer at DreamCloud Consulting, LLC starting in 2008. Betty also served as the Director of Information Systems at RJL Wealth Management, LLC from 2008 to 2014. Before that, Betty held the role of Transition Specialist at First Allied Securities from 2005 to 2008.

Betty Jones completed their education at Ashford University from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained a degree in Business Information Systems with a specialization in Technology Project Management. Additionally, in 2010, they attended PMI (Project Management Institute) for a Project Management certification. On top of their formal education, Betty also holds two certifications from Salesforce.com - SalesForce Certified Developer, obtained in December 2013, and SalesForce Certified Administrator, obtained in September 2012.
