Marjorie Adair

Marjorie Adair currently serves as CFO at Procurement Partners since June 2025, following a tenure as CFO at Centerbase, a private SaaS company focused on legal practice management software, from October 2023 to June 2025. Prior to that, Marjorie held the CFO position at brightfin, a Telecom and Mobile Expense Management SaaS platform, from March 2021 to June 2023, and at Edcentric, a private-equity-backed SaaS provider in higher education, from January 2016 to December 2020. Marjorie began a distinguished career at Perceptive Software as Executive Vice President of Finance from January 2002 to December 2015, before the company's acquisition by Lexmark. Marjorie holds a BSBA in Management from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business and an MBA in Finance from Rockhurst University.
