Krzysztof Panek

Krzysztof Panek has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. In 2014, they started their career as an Inbound Contact Center Consultant at Administration Personnel Services, where they handled customer interactions and provided support. Krzysztof later became a Team Manager, responsible for managing inbound and back-office consultants and ensuring KPIs were met. Additionally, they worked as a Contact Center Project Manager, where they focused on forecasting and scheduling consultants and team leaders, as well as managing efficiency and productivity.

In 2018, Krzysztof joined Enea Centrum Sp. z o. o. as a Quality & Sales Coordinator. In this role, they managed sales consultants and conducted quality assessments, fostering their development and providing feedback.

In 2019, they transitioned to Franklin Templeton as a USTA Support Services Analyst. Krzysztof supported and communicated the needs of the division and customers, coordinated fund events, and provided planning and coordination for Business Continuity group issues.

Currently, Krzysztof works at Procurence as a Product Owner. Krzysztof is involved in creating and improving the product vision, working on requirements, planning implementation, and preparing the product for launch. Krzysztof engages customers, users, and stakeholders in the product development process and supports and communicates the needs of clients from Europe, India, and the US. Krzysztof also solves their difficulties and interfaces with the developer team.

Krzysztof Panek's education history includes postgraduate studies in IT Project Management at the Poznan University of Economics and Business from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Licencjat (Lic.) degree in Zarządzanie from Wyższa Szkoła Bankowa w Poznaniu, which they completed from 2016 to 2019.
