Jon Riggs

Jon Riggs has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Jon currently works at Procurify as a Senior Customer Success Manager, a role they have held since February 2023. Prior to that, they were a Customer Success Manager at Procurify from March 2022 to February 2023.

Before joining Procurify, Jon worked as an Assistant Manager at Nook Restaurant Group from October 2021 to March 2022. Jon also gained experience as an Assistant Food Beverage Manager at Shaughnessy Golf and Country Club from February 2021 to October 2021.

Jon's earlier roles include working as an Account Executive at MET Fine Printers from July 2019 to February 2021. Prior to that, they were the Wine Director at Nook/Tavola/Oddfish Restaurants from July 2014 to July 2019.

Furthermore, Jon has experience as an Operations Manager/Corporate Delivery Co-Ordinator at Railtown Catering in 2012 and as a Wine Steward at Bishop's Restaurant from September 2007 to September 2008.

Jon Riggs attended the University of Guelph from 2001 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a specialization in Marketing Management. In 2010 and 2011, they furthered their education at the Vancouver Film School, obtaining a diploma in Writing for Film and Television. Additionally, Jon has pursued studies in Hospitality Administration/Management, specifically in Wine and Sake, through the Wine & Spirit Education Trust, acquiring certifications in Wine Levels 1-3 and Sake Level 1.
