Nirmal Kumar Seetharaman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Senior Executive in Human Resources at Prodapt Solutions since March 2021, Nirmal collaborates with delivery teams to fulfill project recruitment needs, with expertise in various IT skills including Salesforce, Vlocity, and AIML. Previously, Nirmal worked as an Executive in Talent Acquisition at Bahwan CyberTek Consulting Pvt. Ltd., focusing on sourcing and negotiation for top-tier clients, and as a Lead Associate Consultant at Intelligence Service Solution Private Limited, overseeing branch operations. Nirmal also pursues a passion for education as a Private Tutor, managing a diverse group of students. Academically, Nirmal holds an M.B.A. from Saveetha Engineering College and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Thangavelu Engineering College.
