Frederik Bech

Frederik Bech is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development, sourcing, and team management within the consultancy sector, currently serving as a Senior Business Development Manager and Delivery Manager at emagine since April 2016. Frederik has held various roles at emagine, including Sourcing Manager and Sourcing Back Office Team Lead, where responsibilities encompassed team coordination, supplier management, talent acquisition, and improving operational processes. Prior to emagine, Frederik gained experience in human resource management, IT project support, and sales, complemented by a strong educational foundation with degrees in Human Resource Management and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School and Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg.
