Paolo Lucchese

Paolo Lucchese is an experienced professional in the field of research and development, currently serving as Head of Research and Development at Prodeco Pharma since October 2019. Additionally, Paolo contributes to CEC Editore as a member of the scientific committee and author for industry publications "Make Up Technology" and "Cosmetic Technology." Prior to their current role, Paolo worked at Coind Group from June 2004 to October 2019 as an R&D Project Manager, specializing in process innovations and Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Paolo holds a degree in Chemistry from Università Ca' Foscari Venezia and has furthered expertise with Lean Six Sigma training, achieving both Green Belt and Black Belt certifications, along with a diploma in Organic Hair Care Formulation from Formula Botanica.
