Jen Lessard

Jen Lessard has over 30 years of experience in the research field. Jen is currently the Director of Research at Prodege, LLC, a position they have held since March 2022. Prior to that, from 2019 to 2022, Jen worked as a Market Research Consultant in their own business. Before starting their own business, they spent 14 years at Phoenix Marketing International, where they served as SVP. Jen also held positions as Director of Research at Pathfinder Research, Sr. Account Executive at Boston Research Group, and Director of Research at Laredo Group. Jen began their career as a Sr. Research Analyst at AT&T Interchange Small Business Network and later worked as a Sr. Analyst in the Financial Services Practice at Abt Associates. Jen's experience spans various roles and industries, demonstrating their expertise and versatility in the research field.

Jen Lessard has received Creative Problem Solving (CPS) Training/Certification from the Creative Education Foundation. Jen also holds a BS/BA degree with a focus on Marketing from Plymouth State University. In addition, they have obtained Moderator Training/Certification from the RIVA Training Institute. Recently, Jen obtained a certification in "How to Research and Write Using Generative AI Tools" from LinkedIn in 2023.
