Viviane Oliveira has over a decade of experience in the field of information technology, currently serving as an Assessora de TI at Prodemge since December 2011, where responsibilities include supervision of teams focused on Change Management, Problem Management, SLA Monitoring, and Control. Previously, Viviane worked as an Operador de computador Jr. at Attps, performing roles as a Service Desk Analyst for Prosegur. Viviane holds a Pós Graduação in Engenharia de Software e Governança de TI from Universidade FUMEC and a Bachelor's degree in Sistemas de Informação from PUC Minas, complemented by a technical degree in Tecnologia da Informação from COTEMIG.
