Paul M. Edwards has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Paul M. is currently the President, CEO, and Director of Prodeon Medical, Inc. Prior to that, they founded their own private management consulting firm, P.M. Edwards Consulting, LLC, where they served as the Managing Director. Paul M. also worked at Amicomed as the SVP of US Strategy, Partnerships & Alliances and at Launchpad Digital Health, LLC as a General Operating Partner. Additionally, they have held positions as the Managing Director at Hercules Capital, Inc., the V.P. of Corporate & Business Development at IntegenX, Inc., and as a Principal at Latterell Venture Partners. Edwards has also served as a member of the Board of Directors for Transcend Medical, Promed, and Ovalis.

Paul M. Edwards holds an MBA in Finance & Entrepreneurial Studies from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management. Paul M. also has a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies (Biological Sciences and Chemistry) from Florida State University.
