Chelle Roca-Baltzor

Chelle Roca-Baltzor is an experienced professional with a diverse background in the wellness and marketing industries. Chelle is currently the Founder of Amatohi Wellness and a Holistic Health & Wellness Coach & Whole Foods Culinary Specialist at Terra Health Coaching. From 2012-2022, Roca-Baltzor served as the Member & Community Services Manager at Pendleton Grain Growers, Inc., providing Executive Administrative support for the office of the GM/CEO & the PGG Board of Directors, planning and executing events, and administering all aspects of member services. Prior to that, they held the role of Multi Media Consultant at the EAST OREGONIAN PUBLISHING COMPANY DBA EO MEDIA GROUP from 2009-2012, Marketing at SNO ROAD WINERY, INC. from 2008-2009, and Tasting Room Sales at L'Ecole No. 41 Winery from 2007-2008. From 2001-2007, Roca-Baltzor was the Executive Assistant to the CEO and President and a Makeup Artist at Classified Cosmetics.

Chelle Roca-Baltzor is currently enrolled in the Holistic Health and Wellness Coach Program Diploma, Heath & Wellness Coaching Program Certificate of Excellence, Holistic Nutrition Specialist Program Certificate of Excellence, and Whole Foods Culinary Specialist Certificate of Excellence at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts. In 2008, they earned a Certificate of Excellence in Enology & Viticulture from Oregon State University. In 1998-1999, they earned a California State Cosmetology License from Golden West College in the field of Cosmetology/Cosmetologist, General. From 1991-1993, they attended San Diego Miramar College, studying Aeronautical Science/Private Pilots License.
