Currently serving as Operations Director at Prodigious London since September 2019, James previously held roles such as Head of Post Production at Saatchi & Saatchi London and Head of Broadcast Operations at Hogarth Worldwide, where responsibilities included leading operations across multiple post-production facilities and enhancing departmental efficiency. James began a freelance career in 1997, providing services to prominent clients, and has experience as an assistant editor and motion graphics artist. James holds a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities from the University of West London, obtained between 1991 and 1994.
