Claire Reitz

Claire Reitz has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Claire currently works at Prodigy Finance, where they hold the position of Head of People Operations since January 2021. Prior to this role, they served as the People Operations Manager at the same company since June 2019.

Before joining Prodigy Finance, Claire was the Human Capital Manager at Coast2Coast Capital (PTY) Ltd from August 2016 to May 2019. In this role, they were responsible for developing and delivering the HR strategy across multiple offices and implementing HR best practices.
