Wessel Pieters CA(SA) has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Wessel started their career at Campus Computing as a co-owner from October 2005 to October 2007. Wessel then joined PwC as a Senior Accountant from January 2010 to December 2012. After that, they worked at Deloitte UK as a CA(SA) from January 2013 to August 2014 and later as a CA (SA) from September 2014 to February 2016. Wessel then moved to Sanne and served as a Director, Finance from February 2016 to May 2022. Finally, they became the Group Head of Finance at Sanne from April 2022 to January 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Head Accounting and Control at Prodigy Finance starting from January 2023.

Wessel Pieters CA(SA) completed their BComm CA (Cum Laude) degree in Accounting at North West University from 2006 to 2009. Wessel obtained the additional certification of Chartered Accountant South Africa from the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants in January 2013. In June 2014, they also acquired the certification in Fundamentals of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) from The Institute of Mergers, Acquisitions, and Alliances.
