Robert Taylor possesses extensive experience in operations and management across the logistics and staffing industries. Currently serving as the Area Operations Manager at ProDrivers since January 2019, Robert oversees recruiting, dispatching, and sales teams across multiple locations, focusing on training in selling techniques to exceed performance metrics. Concurrently, Robert has been the Branch Manager at Optimum Logistic Solutions since January 2013, managing sales and operations in Illinois, Wisconsin, and Michigan while fostering partnerships to achieve staffing goals. Previous experience includes serving as Staffing Branch Manager at Paramount Staffing, where responsibilities included managing a branch budget of over $5 million, and as Assistant Director of Admissions at Argosy University, where Robert recruited and motivated students to enroll. Robert holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Northern Illinois University.
