Angie has a background in food safety and quality assurance, as well as experience as a food safety consultant. Angie has worked in various roles in the food industry, including as a Food Safety Manager and a Researcher in the Epidemiology Department. Angie holds a Master of Science in Food Science & Nutrition with a major in Microbiology.
