Susan Fairlee has extensive experience in diverse roles within engineering and customer service. Currently serving as a Neighborhood Ambassador at The Produce Box since January 2018, Susan previously held positions including Project Engineer at Underwriters Laboratories, where responsibilities included physical and chemical testing of PPE for emergency services, project management, and process improvement. Earlier, Susan worked in mortgage loan customer service at Los Alamos National Bank and as a summer intern at Milliken and Company, focusing on environmental impact in dyeing and finishing processes. Susan holds a Master of Science in Textile Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Textile Materials Science, both from North Carolina State University.
