Andre Franques has over 17 years of experience in leadership roles, currently serving as Managing Partner at DLS, LLC and as a Business Partner at Produced Water Solutions since 2010. With a strong educational background, Andre earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 1992, following a Bachelor of Business Administration from the same institution in 1990.
