Ben Kahrl

Ben Kahrl is the VP of PACA Enforcement, Workouts & Legal Affairs at ProducePay. Prior to joining ProducePay, Ben worked as Senior Counsel and Vice President at Rabobank, primarily responsible for providing legal counsel on mortgage banking matters. Ben has also worked as Principal at Beiramee & Saboura, P.C., where they provided legal representation in various commercial matters to financial services companies, debt buyers, tech companies, and title insurers.

Ben is a highly experienced attorney who has obtained many favorable settlements for their clients. Ben is passionate about finding innovative solutions to disputes and providing compliance advice.

Ben Kahrl has a Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Ben'story from the University of California, Los Angeles, and certification from The Court of Special Appeals of Maryland, the New York State Unified Court System, the DC Bar, and the New Jersey Courts as an attorney and counselor.
