Dat Nguyen

Dat Nguyen has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Dat most recently worked at ProducePay as the Senior Director of Engineering, starting in December 2021. Prior to that, they worked at RapidAI as the Sr. Director of Engineering from April 2019 to December 2021. At RapidAI, they successfully grew the organization, collaborated with Product Management to double ARR, and led the transformation of the legacy product to a modern architecture.

Before joining RapidAI, Dat served as a Principal Software Engineer at Veeva Systems from September 2018 to April 2019. Dat also held various roles at GE Digital, including Principal Software Engineer from February 2014 to September 2018. During their time at GE Digital, they served as Technical Lead, Development Manager, and Principal Architect for several projects and technologies.

Prior to their tenure at GE Digital, Dat worked at Western Digital as a Senior Staff Engineer Software/Firmware in the Solid State Division from February 2011 to January 2014. Dat also gained experience as a Senior Software Engineer at TeleCommunication Systems (Networks In Motion) from April 2007 to February 2011, where they worked on core mobile development and led a team for a specific project.

Dat's early career included a position as a Programmer at The Collective from June 2005 to March 2007. Overall, they have a strong background in software engineering and leadership roles, with experience in various industries and technologies.

From 2000 to 2005, Dat Nguyen attended Purdue University, where they earned a Bachelor's of Science in Computer Science.
