Since 2009, Laura has served in multiple roles at Producers Choice Network, including New Business Operations Specialist and Broker Dealer Case Manager. Prior to this position, Laura worked at Volkswagen Group of America from October 1981 to August 2008, where Laura held the title of Customer Satisfaction Measurement Specialist, contributing to the enhancement of customer experience and satisfaction.
