Blake Stancik

Blake Stancik has worked in various roles in the engineering and operations fields since 1993. From 1993 to 1998, they worked as a Project Engineer at Electroimpact. In 1998, they became a Joint Owner at SMJP Management Inc. In 1999, they joined Product Creation Studio as Vice President of Operations and Director of Engineering. In their role as Vice President of Operations, they were accountable for company revenues, project/product deliveries, client satisfaction, and multidisciplinary staffing levels of eight NPD centric departments and three labs. Blake also utilized Portfolio Management and Program Management methodologies to track operational velocity, project prioritization, and business benefit and was the Quality Manager for FDA and 510K process compliance. As Director of Engineering, they balanced the needs of clients, consumers, manufacturers and the creative workforce in driving mechanical and embedded software designs to completion. Blake was also involved in cross-functional management of 200+ projects, managed and/or engineered on 50+ medical product cycles, and was one of three sales leads that captured 43% annualized growth since 2000. Blake also helped achieve a five-year client satisfaction index of 92%.

Blake Stancik completed their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) at the University of Washington between 1988 and 1993. Blake then went on to earn an MBA in Project Management from SBGE at Seattle Pacific University between 2006 and 2008.
