James Routledge

James R. is an accomplished entrepreneur and product leader with extensive experience in launching and scaling companies across various sectors. Currently, James serves as the Founder of Product Land, a private network for product leaders in Europe, and as Vice President of Products at Converge, overseeing multiple product teams and delivering solutions in hardware, software, and AI. Previous roles include Co-founder and Chief Product and Technology Officer at Harper, and Global Product Lead at Angi, where James significantly improved product metrics. Additional experience includes co-founding Local Halo, Dinghy, and working with early-stage ventures as an investor. James holds a BSc in Computing, Media, Business, and Technology from the University of Hull.
