Randy Silver

Randy Silver is a seasoned coach, community builder, and consultant with extensive experience in product management, discovery, and collaboration. Currently leading Out of Owls since February 2018, Randy has also co-hosted The Product Experience podcast and founded CPO Circles, a community for Chief Product Officers. Notable speaking engagements include prestigious conferences such as Mind the Product, Product Management Festival, and the Digital Workplace Conference. As an author, Randy penned "What Do We Do Now? A product manager's guide to strategy in the time of COVID-19." Additionally, past roles include interim SVP/Product Director at Entertainment Partners and product advisory positions at Motivate Design and Product Academy. Educational background includes a BA in Biology from the University at Albany and a coaching degree from Silicon Valley Product Group.
