Gonzalo Daniel Garcia is a data scientist with extensive experience in various sectors including gaming and insurance. Currently employed at Product Madness since May 2022, Gonzalo specializes in AB testing, game economy simulation, research on player behavior, responsible gaming modeling, and sequential analysis for user interaction. Previous roles include predoctoral researcher at the Centre d'Estudis Demogràfics and fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Demographic Research. As a lead data scientist at Zurich Santander Insurance America, responsibilities included client clustering, claims fraud detection, and marketing campaign management. Gonzalo has also worked as a quantitative product analyst at OLX Group and has held multiple academic and research roles. Product Madness burst into life in 2007 as the brainchild of two Stanford Business MBA graduates who possessed an innate love of gaming. Initially, the entrepreneurs developed casual games for Facebook and mobile, before having a ‘light-bulb moment’ in 2009 and refocusing their efforts with laser-guided precision on the exploding social casino genre.
