Mark Jenkins is currently the Head of Recruitment at Pride in London since June 2023 and also holds the position of Talent Acquisition Operations Manager - EMEA at Product Madness since August 2022. Prior to these roles, Mark worked at RL100 as part of the RL100 Accelerator Programme and at Yapily as the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager - EMEA. Mark's previous experience includes working at Ocado Group as the Global Talent Acquisition Manager and Head of Recruitment - Logistics, at Anchor Hanover as a Recruitment Manager, at Athona Recruitment as an International Recruitment Manager, at Euro Car Parks as an Area Operations Manager, and at Moto Services as a Manager and Retail Store Manager. Mark has shown exceptional achievement in implementing new recruitment strategies, achieving high direct hire and offer acceptance rates, and reducing agency spending significantly.
