Amber Messersmith currently serves as SVP and Global Head of Digital & Performance Marketing at LHH since July 2024 and is a Pro Member of the Product Marketing Alliance and a member of the American Marketing Association. Prior to these roles, Amber was the Director of Marketing & Brand Strategy at Accenture, overseeing significant marketing projects and budget management. Previous experience includes positions at BAE Systems, TMP Worldwide, and Connections Media, where Amber developed recruitment marketing strategies and integrated advertising campaigns across various sectors. Educational qualifications include two MBA degrees—one in Marketing and Global Management from The George Washington University School of Business, and another short-term course in Sustainability and CSR from Copenhagen Business School—along with a BA in Public Relations from Penn State University.
