Viktoria Korzhova is an experienced product management professional with a strong background in interim leadership roles across various companies and industries. Currently serving as a Fractional CPO/VP Product at Product People since May 2020, Viktoria has led multiple product teams and projects, focusing on delivering outcomes through hands-on product management. Experience includes roles as Head of Product Engagement at N26, Head of Product at Temedica, and interim positions that involved coaching and advisory work for different organizations. Viktoria's educational background includes two Ph.D. degrees in Neurobiology and Neurosciences from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and a Master's degree in Biology from Saint Petersburg State University.
