Masha Liberman has a long and varied work experience. In 2021 they are a Co-Founder of Product Science Inc. and Libermans Co. In 2016, they were a Senior Manager at Snap Inc., Head of Content at 3D Bitmoji, and Co-Founder at Kernel AR. In 2015, they were Co-Founder at Frank Money, Inc. In 2016, they were Strategic Advisor and COO at Coub. In 2011, they were an Advisor at Rambler-Games. In 2009, they were Co-Founder and COO at Fastoon/Concept Space. In 2007, they were Chief Intellectual Property Officer at Sibilant Interactive. Finally, in 2004, they were CEO at the International Center for Russian & East European Jewish Studies.

Masha Liberman received their Master of Science in Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental Engineering from Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) from 1995 to 2001. Masha then went on to receive a Postgraduate Degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from the Higher School of Economics from 2004 to 2006.
