Angela (Easum) Ham, MBA, SPHR, CIRS

Angela (Easum) Ham, MBA, SPHR, CIRS has extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles.

In 1998, they worked as a Financial Manager in the Southeast Region at Jack Morton Worldwide until 2003.

From 2003 to 2006, Angela worked as a Staff Accountant at Georgia Public Web, Inc. where they handled AP, AR, GL, month-end reconciliations, and sales and property tax returns for a non-profit organization.

Angela then joined Financial Operations Networks in 2006 as a Controller, overseeing full-cycle accounting, payroll, month-end reconciliations and close, sales and property tax returns, employee benefits implementation and administration, customer service, and some marketing functions. Angela also successfully renegotiated prices, saving the company over 60%.

Angela worked at eMag Solutions, LLC from 2012 to 2016 as a Controller, responsible for migrating accounting software, revamping the payroll process, overhauling the benefit package, and implementing a job costing system. Angela also managed month-end close, tax filings, reconciliations, and provided annual audit support.

From 2016 to 2017, Angela served as the Chief Financial Officer at Rytech, Inc, a national water restoration/mold remediation franchise. In this role, they led the accounting and FP&A facets of the business, implemented a full benefit package, and managed a team of accountants and an HR generalist.

Most recently, Angela held the position of Chief Financial Officer at eMag Solutions, where they were responsible for FP&A, leading audits, treasury, human resources, and legal and risk assessment with exposure mitigation planning and implementation as a part of Patriarch Partners portfolio company.

Angela (Easum) Ham holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Upper Iowa University. Angela furthered their education by pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Parker College of Business-Georgia Southern University. In addition to their academic achievements, they have obtained several certifications including SPHR from HR Institute in June 2012. Angela also holds certifications as a Certified AP Manager from The Accounts Payable Network/IOFM, a Certified AR Manager from The Accounts Receivable Network, and a Certified Information Reporting Specialist from The Accounts Payable Network/IRSCompliance.
