Tom Hoge has had a varied and successful career. Tom began their professional career in 1986 at Eaton, where they held multiple assignments and relocated 8 times. From 1990 to 1992, they were an Executive Financial Assistant at the company's World Headquarters. In 2018, Hoge became a Partner at Belle-Hampton. In the same year, they also became President and Owner of Back Creek Wagyu, a family operation seeking to be a premier full blood Wagyu cattle breeder in Virginia. From 2001 to 2018, Hoge was the CEO and President of Production Control Units. Most recently, in 2020, they became President of Clariata, a digital LifeMapping platform that enables advisors to change the ARC (Accelerate the Relationship Cycle) with their clients.
Tom Hoge began their educational career at the Hawken School, where they graduated with a High School Diploma in 1978. Tom then attended Denison University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics in 1982. After that, they transferred to Montana State University-Bozeman to pursue a degree in Construction Management, which they obtained in 1984. Tom then went on to the Georgia Institute of Technology, where they earned a Bachelor's in Industrial and Systems Engineering in 1986. Finally, they attended the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University, where they obtained an MBA in General Management in 1990.
