Germaine Baca

Germaine Baca is an experienced audio-visual and event production professional with a diverse background spanning multiple roles in the industry. Currently, Germaine works with Cirque Dreams as a props technician, while also serving as a props and AV technician with Stagecraft Event Labor Ltd. since 2017. Additional roles include being an audio-visual technician with AVLancer™ and a carpenter and custom road case fabricator with Production Services International. Germaine has extensive freelance experience, providing services for various companies for corporate events, concerts, and larger productions with IATSE Local 7. Germaine's career began in the late '90s as a drummer touring with various bands and has evolved to include roles in audio systems setup, lighting, and backline tech for numerous events and artists. Educational credentials include certificates in live streaming and analog recording from reputable institutions.
