Serene L.

Serene L. has a diverse work experience spanning from 2002 to the present. Serene started their career as a Corporate Communications Executive at SBS Transit Ltd in 2002, followed by a role as a Cabin Crew Member at Singapore Airlines. From 2004 to 2009, they worked for Hong Bao Media as the Editor of Special Projects and as a Senior Phonecaster. In 2009, Serene joined Singapore Management University, where they served as an Interviewer and Audio Editor in the School of Information Systems. Serene also worked as a Teaching Assistant for the Business Study Mission to LA, SFO, and NY. In 2011, they became a Teaching Assistant for the Law Study Mission to North Carolina and Washington DC. The same year, they worked as a Membership Intern at The Broadway League. In 2012, they worked as a General Management Intern at Second Stage Theatre and as a Creative Producer and Manager for a self-initiated project. Serene further expanded their experience by interning as a General Management Intern at 101 Productions, Ltd. In 2014, Serene joined ProductionPro Technologies Inc. as an Executive Assistant to the Founder, and in 2015, they took on the role of Community Manager.

Serene L. completed their education with a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree in Political Science and Sociology from Singapore Management University. Serene then pursued a Diploma of Mass Communication from Ngee Ann Polytechnic, specializing in Print-, TV-, Radio-, Photo-journalism, and Spanish. Later, they earned a Masters of Fine Arts in Theater Arts with a focus on Theatre Management and Producing from Columbia University School of the Arts.
