Phil Tomczak, CPA, MBA has a diverse work history, showcasing their expertise in finance and accounting. Phil began their career as an Accounting Supervisor at Yeo & Yeo CPAs & Business Consultants, where they supervised field work for financial audits and prepared tax returns. Phil then moved on to SelectCare HMO, where they served as the Disbursements Manager, overseeing financial disbursements and managing a team.

Following this, Tomczak worked at AmeriPlus Mortgage as the Controller and Office Manager, handling all accounting and loan program functions and implementing new loan programs. Phil then joined Defiance Testing and Engineering as the Controller, responsible for accounting, finance, and administrative functions for a subsidiary company.

Afterwards, Tomczak took on the role of Chief Financial Officer/VP Finance at Bordine Nursery, where they managed accounting, finance, human resources, and administration for multiple locations.
