Sanchit Batra

Sanchit Batra has a diverse range of work experience in the field of software development and academic teaching. From June 2020 to the present, they worked at Productiv as a Software Development Engineer III. Prior to that, from June 2020 to May 2023, they held a role as a Software Engineer at the same company. From December 2019 to June 2020, Sanchit was a Teaching Assistant & Lead Developer for the "Algorithms Have Arrived" course at the University at Buffalo. Sanchit also served as a Teaching Assistant and Lead Developer for the "Algorithms" course from December 2018 to December 2019. Additionally, they worked as a Mathematics Tutor from September 2017 to December 2019 and as a Teaching Assistant for the "Data Structures" course from August 2018 to May 2019. From April 2018 to April 2019, Sanchit was a Research Assistant at the university's Motion Simulation Lab. In July 2017, they briefly served as a Teaching Assistant for the course "How The Internet Works." Lastly, from May 2019 to May 2020, Sanchit worked as a Research Aide & Lead Developer for Algorithms at The Research Foundation for SUNY.

Sanchit Batra completed their high school education at The Heritage School in New Delhi from 2012 to 2016, obtaining a High School Diploma with a focus on Science.

Sanchit then pursued higher education at the University at Buffalo from 2016 to 2020, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. During their time there, they also pursued a minor in Music Performance, which they completed about 80%.

In addition to their formal education, Sanchit Batra obtained a certification as a Triplebyte certified Generalist Software Engineer from Triplebyte in November 2019.
