Mona Bidasaria

Mona Bidasaria's work experience begins in 2010 at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas, where they worked as a Senior Financial Analyst until 2012. Mona then joined Ernst & Young as a Senior Associate from September 2012 to February 2014. From 2014 to 2015, they served as Distribution Finance Manager at Motorola Solutions, where they provided financial expertise for delivering communication systems to first responders.

In 2015, they pursued a career transition from finance to tech and worked on various FinTech projects as an Analytics Consultant. During this time, they self-educated in the latest tech trends and software skills, collaborated with seasoned peers in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Machine Learning (ML), and gained experience through online education portals.

Since 2018, Mona has been employed at Productive Edge, starting as a Technology Consultant specializing in RPA and Intelligent Automation. In May 2021, they transitioned to the role of Product Manager within the company.

Mona Bidasaria obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Finance from Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business from 2004 to 2007. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including Machine Learning Data Analyst, Automation Essentials, Get to Know Intelligent Automation, RPA Express, and WorkFusion Power User from Automation Academy in February and March 2018. Mona also obtained a certification in Project Management Strategy from the University of Chicago Graham School in May 2016.
