Jimmy Gajardo

Jimmy Gajardo has extensive experience in production management within the food industry, currently serving as Subgerente de Produccion at Productos Fernandez S.A since October 2007, after previously holding the position of Jefe de Producción. Prior to this role, Jimmy co-owned and managed Cecinas Bulnes Ltda. from November 2005 to September 2007. Previous experience includes positions as Jefe de Producción at Cecinas la Catalana from February 2002 to May 2004 and Supervisor de Producción at Cecinas San Jorge from October 1996 to February 2002. Academically, Jimmy holds a degree in Ingeniería de Ejecución en Gestión Industrial from Universidad Tecnica Federico Santa Maria and a Técnico Universitario en Industria Alimentaria from Universidad de Santiago de Chile.
