Rafael Souto

Rafael Souto has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Rafael started their career as the CEO of Produtive Carreira e Conexões com o Mercado, a career consulting company, where they worked for 25 years and served over 14,000 people in career transition. Rafael also founded Plan6 Aceleradora de Carreira, a Career Tech company that aims to transform the way career opportunities are sought in the market. Additionally, Rafael has held roles as a columnist at VOCÊ S/A e VOCE RH, Valor Econômico, and EXAME.com, where they shared insights on work, career trends, and new connections. Rafael has also served as a board member and president of the Committee of People Management at Amcham-Brasil.
