HK has been working in talent acquisition and recruitment since 2008. From 2008 to 2011, HK worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter at W-Tech, where they provided high-volume full-cycle recruitment with responsibility for over 100 open positions with multiple departments. From 2011 to 2012, HK worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter at eTeam, where they had hands-on experience working as a full life cycle recruiter handling the tasks of screening, selecting, and submitting candidates to job orders within a defined discipline. From 2012 to 2014, HK worked as a Lead US IT Recruiter at Vision IT Info Services, where they were involved in full cycle recruitment involving sourcing, identifying, and interviewing, screening, and placing personnel in quick turnaround time in contract, contract with hire, and permanent positions. From 2014 to 2016, HK worked as a Process Lead (US Staffing) at Amkri Tech Services Pvt. Ltd. From 2016 to 2017, HK worked as a Lead US IT Recruiter (Virtual Recruitment- WFH) at Tekfortune Inc. Finally, from 2017 to 2018, HK worked as a Process Lead - US Staffing (Talent Acquisitions) at R-tech Information System, and then as a Talent Acquisition Lead (US STAFFING) at Prodware Solutions.

HK HK attended the University of Mumbai from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in General Studies. They also obtained a Bachelor's of Science in Zoology/Animal Biology from the University of Mumbai.
