Laura Pérez Quesada

Laura Pérez Quesada serves as the Head of Culture and Engagement and IT Talent Attraction & Recruitment Manager at Prodware since August 2022. In this dual role, responsibilities include developing talent acquisition strategies, coordinating the recruitment team, and leading employer branding initiatives. Prior to Prodware, Laura held the position of People Manager at Innovar Tecnologías, where the talent management department was established from scratch, overseeing comprehensive talent attraction and management processes. Earlier experience includes serving as Personal Assistant to the CEO and HR Assistant at Marqués ME, where tasks involved organizing meetings and managing communications. Laura holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Universitat de Barcelona and a Bachelor's degree in Labor Relations from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, along with a degree in Executive Secretarial Studies from FUNDACIÓN FIAC.
