Patrick Abensour has extensive experience in financial advisory services, M&A, business valuation, due diligence, and transaction services. Patrick currently serves as the CEO and Managing Partner at Lay3r, and as a Managing Partner at SHADWELL FEOC PARTNERS. In the past, Patrick has held leadership roles at companies such as Prodware, Bellot Mullenbach & Associés, Deloitte, and BDO France Corporate Finance. Patrick holds a business degree from ESSEC Business School and has also studied at the University of Mannheim.
