Helena Ojala has accumulated diverse work experience throughout their career. Helena currently holds the position of Chief of Culture & People at Proekspert AS, where they are responsible for developing talent acquisition and learning & development domains. Prior to this role, they were a Talent & Growth Lead at the same company, focusing on making an impact and embracing the company's unique culture.

Before joining Proekspert AS, Helena worked as a Tech Recruiter, exclusively recruiting top tech talents for companies that they believed in and saw potential in. Additionally, Helena served as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Playtech, where they designed recruitment strategies, tools, and methods to ensure smooth and active recruitment for business growth.

Helena also held the position of Head of HR at WePower Network, where they led a team of 70 employees and blended diverse individuals from different locations. As an HR Manager at Fiizy, a fast-growing Fintech company, Helena played a crucial role in managing rapid growth and creating an inspiring work environment. Helena'sresponsibilities included recruitment, support in coaching and leadership training, and evolving company culture.

Helena's career began as a Psychologist at Arengukeskus Avitus, where they worked for eight years. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, HR management, coaching, and creating positive work environments.

Helena Ojala obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Tartu, where they attended from 2009 to 2016. During the same period, they also pursued Professional Supervision and Coaching studies at the International Supervision and Coaching Institute (ISCI). In 2021, Helena Ojala enrolled in the University of Tartu once again to pursue a Master's degree in Strategic Management, which they are expected to complete in 2024.

In terms of additional certifications, Helena Ojala obtained a Training Needs Assessment certification from Training Industry, Inc. in February 2022.
