Tiina Kalju

Tiina Kalju has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Since 2019, they have been working at Proekspert AS, initially as a Business Development professional and later as the IoT-Cloud Integration and Applications Unit Lead. In 2018, Tiina worked as a Business Relations Manager at the Estonian Design Centre. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Services at the Estonian Environment Agency in 2017.

From 2004 to 2017, Tiina held several positions at Enterprise Estonia, including Director of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Division. Their responsibilities included managing and developing consulting and training services, grants, and supporting businesses in export activities. Tiina also led a team of 35 people. Before that, Tiina worked as the Sectoral Manager of Innovation and Coordinator of Innovation Division. In their earlier career, they served as a Senior Consultant at Enterprise Estonia.

Tiina's work experience also includes a role as a Key Account Manager at Fleming AS from 2002 to 2004, where they were responsible for client relations in export markets. Tiina started their career as a Project Manager at Univa AS in 1999.

Tiina Kalju obtained a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Estonian Business School between 1999 and 2003. Tiina then pursued further education at Tallinn University, earning a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Human-Computer Interaction from 2018 to 2021.
