Angela Caro-Rojas

Angela Caro-Rojas is a highly experienced professional in the fields of pharmacy, medication safety, and education. Currently serving as President of ISoP Online since October 2012, Angela has also taken on roles such as Co-Chair of the ISoP Medication Errors Group and Global Ambassador for the Red Latinoamericana de Ergonomía y Factores Humanos en Sistemas de Salud. As Pharmacy Career Director at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, Angela oversees academic programs, while also being an active member of various ethical committees and boards. Angela's previous roles include Coordinating National Pharmaceutical Care at COLSUBSIDIO and teaching positions at Universidad de los Andes and Universidad Nacional de Colombia. With a strong academic background including multiple master's degrees and specialized training in cognitive ergonomics, Angela is committed to advancing practices in medication safety and quality assurance across healthcare systems.
