Hector Vega Segovia has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as Jefe de RRHH y Analista Senior at Minera Jose Cholino e Hijos S.R.L. since August 2013, where responsibilities include developing and improving workforce administration processes and collaborating with leaders to identify areas for enhancement.
