Shaivya Sahare

Shaivya Sahare is currently an Executive at Professional Assistance For Development Action (PRADAN) since October 2023. Prior to this role, Shaivya served as a Program Manager at HyperVerge Academy, where the Power Skills curriculum was designed and young adults from rural India were mentored for a six-month Full Stack Development program that successfully facilitated well-paying IT sector jobs. Previous positions include Sr. Associate and Associate roles at HyperVerge Inc., and internship experiences with Kattaikkuttu Sangam and Earth5R. Shaivya has a diverse educational background, including the Mother Teresa Fellowship in Social Impact from Ashoka University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Bhilai Institute Of Technology.
