Brad Lepp is an experienced leader in the arts and health sectors, currently serving as Executive Director of the Professional Association of Canadian Theatres (PACT) and a Program Advisory Council Member for Sheridan College's Theatre and Drama Studies program. Lepp holds board positions at The Theatre Centre and the Mennonite New Life Centre, contributing to community engagement and support for newcomers. Previous roles include Director of Public Affairs for the Canadian Chiropractic Association, as well as leadership positions in communications and advocacy for various cultural organizations. With a strong educational background, including an Executive MBA in Social Enterprise and a Master's in Drama, Lepp is committed to advancing the arts and enhancing health initiatives in Canada.

PACT is the collective voice of professional Canadian theatres, a leader in the performing arts community, and a devoted advocate of the value of live performance. PACT represents over 160 professional English-speaking theatre companies operating in communities across the country, ranging from the largest performing arts organizations in Canada, to smaller theatre companies that serve their audiences in a wide variety of communities; from rural to urban, commercial to independent, theatre for young audiences to culturally specific, and everything else in between.
