Craig Burke

Craig Burke has extensive experience in information technology, currently serving as the Director of Information Technology and Enterprise Infrastructure Architect at Professional Contract Services, Inc. since July 2009. In this role, Craig is responsible for infrastructure design, systems analysis, security, data center operations, and network communication, while also supervising the IT help desk team. Prior to this, Craig held the position of Systems Analyst II, providing system-level support and researching technology trends. Craig's earlier experience includes working as an Intake Operator at SPi Global and as a Field Technician at Computer Nerdz. Craig holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Texas State University, completed in 2002, and attended Northeast Texas Community College from 1996 to 1998.
