Mr. Cohen is Chief Operating Officer at ProCredEx where he is responsible for solution design, strategy, and overall operations. He is excited to help connect the healthcare community and promote collaborative credentialing with the goal of increasing access to care, supporting quality initiatives, and reducing costs.

For over a decade, Mr. Cohen has worked to improve healthcare credentialing. As a Partner at Tenon Consulting, Mr. Cohen helped organizations increase the efficiency and quality of their credentialing operations. This work resulted in an 83% reduction in credentialing timelines, 0.3% credentials error rate, and a 70% increase in credentialing staff productivity.

Through Tenon’s venture program, Mr. Cohen also led an outsourced credentialing services firm and designed a credentials management SaaS offering. Across these efforts, Mr. Cohen continuously worked to develop new strategies and tools to ease the burden placed on credentialing professionals and improve organizational performance.

Prior to joining ProCredEx, Mr. Cohen served as Vice President of Growth Enablement for SOC Telemed, the largest provider of acute care telemedicine services in the country. During his tenure, Mr. Cohen helped launch TelemedIQ, the firm’s enterprise telemedicine platform, oversaw growth team operations, and provided advisory services for healthcare organizations seeking to realize their strategic goals through telemedicine.

Mr. Cohen attended the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in management and a master’s degree in business. Additionally, Mr. Cohen is a Leonard Leadership Scholar having earned a certificate in personal and organizational leadership from the Institute of Leadership Advancement at UGA.
